Since she was nine years old, Gina Glass has been around some of the top recording artists of the times including Sly & the Family Stone, Larry Graham and others. Eventually, this close up exposure developed into a very keen business understanding of the music industry. Her background and unique upbringing represented an unequatable education for her.

Gina helped run Glass Slipper Productions and Gourmet Records before starting her own successful publishing house "Permanent Groove Music."

She's managed her husband, Preston Glass, for close to 20 years. Gina also manages a number of internationally known artists, writers and producers. Her business acumen has placed her on industry panels and consulting boards around the globe.
